01Data we collect
We collect the information you provide when requesting access, contacting the research desk, or operating workloads on the lattice — including your name, work email, organization, and stated use case.
Operational telemetry such as job metrics, utilization, and audit logs is collected to maintain reliability and security of the compute fabric.
02How we use data
Provided information is used to evaluate whitelist requests, provision access, and communicate about onboarding cohorts. Telemetry is used strictly for capacity planning, billing, and incident response.
03Isolation & retention
Partner workloads run with per-tenant isolation; sensitive runs may be provisioned on dedicated, air-gapped clusters. Logs are retained only for the period required by security and contractual obligations.
04Your controls
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting the research desk. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
