01Acceptance of terms

By requesting access to or using the edmxlabs lattice, you agree to these terms. Access is granted to verified seats in controlled onboarding cohorts and may be revoked for violations of this agreement.

02Acceptable use

You agree not to use the lattice to develop or deploy systems that cause foreseeable harm, violate applicable law, or breach the security and isolation of other tenants.

Reverse engineering of proprietary kernels, schedulers, or accelerator co-design artifacts is prohibited.

03Compute & billing

Provisioned compute is billed according to your access tier. Dedicated and air-gapped clusters are subject to separate procurement agreements with committed capacity.

04Intellectual property

You retain ownership of models and data you bring to the lattice. edmxlabs retains all rights to its infrastructure, kernels, and research methods. Partner-bound findings remain under controlled disclosure.

05Limitation of liability

The lattice is provided on a best-effort operational basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, edmxlabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
